Panoramic Lakeview 2000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxurious steam shower, jacuzzi tub, on the Nevada side of Heavenly Ski Resort. Ski down to Boulder Lodge/lift or walk to Stagecoach from the parking lot. When done skiing ride the shuttle back from Boulder Lodge. Hike/Bike the Tahoe Rim Trail from the parking lot in the summer. Serene setting with absolutely incredible panoramic views. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. 4 guest limit. Douglas County Vacation Home Rental Permit No. 08401706 The space Our condo is just shy of 2000 sq. feet on 2 levels. The lower level has the main entry, master bedroom/bath, and laundry room. The upper level has the Kitchen, Living area, one bedroom, and a separate bathroom. It has several custom features including stainless steel appliances, trash compactor, wet bar, 2 gas fireplaces to keep the space very cozy, a decadent steam shower, 2 decks with glass railing, full size laundry room, granite counters, 55" Samsung LCD Smart TV with a Yamaha soundbar, DVD player, tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and fresh linens/towels will be provided. The living room and master bedroom each have decks and a wall of windows overlooking the expansive views. The steam shower also has a small window that faces the lake. The unit is located on a one lane fire road that sits above Boulder Run on Heavenly's Nevada side, with panoramic views of North Bowl, Boulder Chair, and Lake Tahoe. You can see Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood in the distance, across the lake. It is breathtaking. There is WiFi at the condo and cell reception is excellent. Guest access Access is via the fire road to a set of stairs (46 to be exact), to the front door. The distance from the parking lot to the stairs is about 250 feet. You can pull your vehicle to the bottom of the staircase to load/unload/pick-up/drop-off but not park for extended periods of time. Other things to note This unit is not wheelchair accessible and requires people to be able to negotiate 46 outdoor stairs to the front door. The area is very quiet and we ask our guests to respect the neighbors. The building has 4 units and is well insulated. If the upper unit is occupied there will be some noise heard from the upstairs, which is usually minor. There is a DVD/CD player, stereo, and 55" Samsung LCD Smart TV with Yamaha Soundbar in the living room. Each bedroom also has a flatscreen TV. Kitchen includes: Trash compactor, fully stocked kitchen, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided), microwave, gas stove, oven, blender, complete wet bar. Ice maker in freezer. Full front loading washer and gas dryer in a separate laundry room. There is an upright piano on the upper floor. Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combo in upstairs bath and a 2 person steam shower with 2 rain-shower showerheads and a third hand-held shower in the downstairs master bath. There is a nice desk area adjacent to the downstairs master bedroom. The upstairs bedroom has a queen mattress. The upstairs living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa and a leather sofa. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen Tempurpedic mattress. There is also a twin pull out loveseat sofa and a leather chaise in the master bedroom. WiFi is available throughout the condo and cell reception is excellent. *PARKING IS LIMITED TO 2 VEHICLES*
