Office space and gym is available onsite. In the Daffodil Estates, we have 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There is 1 full bathroom on the main floor and the 3rd floor. There is 2 main bathrooms on the 2nd floor. There are 5 spacious bedrooms on the 2nd floor which include 3 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin sized beds. There are 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor that have 2 full, 1 queen, and 2 twin sized beds. The main floor has a sitting parlor, office/ gym, family room, formal dining room, morning/ breakfast room, and newly renovated kitchen. There is a screened in patio off of the kitchen that leads to an outdoor patio with lounge seating, fire pit, outdoor dining space, and grill. There is seating around the wrap around porch as well. We have about 2 acres in the back yard, and an acer on either side of the house. If you need parking, we have you covered with a small parking lot that fits 8+ cars on the side of the house and 1 parking space in the front. If you have someone that is in a wheelchair, no worries we have a wheelchair ramp and side entrance. Most doorways on the main floor are wheelchair accessible. If you have someone that will need accommodations for the main floor, we are happy to turn the sitting parlor into a private bedroom. All pocket doors work to provide privacy when needed. We have several garden areas around the property including a small orchard in the very back of the property full of peaches, apples, and cherries. We have pear trees in the front. There is plenty of space for tents, tables, and chairs if needed. We have sunny spots and shaded spots. All areas of the property are accessible to guests. Locked basement on main floor, and attics on 3rd and 4th floors are restricted to guests. We are available via AirBnb app message or by phone call. The neighborhood is called Southampton Arch. It is a residential neighborhood. When you enter the neighborhood you will make a left at the stop sign and we are on your righthand side. Drive slow because you may miss us. We are tucked away in the back. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the property is set almost half a mile from the street so slow down when coming up because you can pass the estate. There is a Kroger, Super Walmart, and 2 major shopping centers with restaurants 5 minutes from the home. Ample parking in the parking lot on the right side of the property.
