Bom Dia and welcome to Quinta Perpetua. Quinta Perpetua – this is where we, Karen and Steffen, live, take care of our beautiful garden, our beloved three cats and at the same time rent three independent holiday cottages to our guests. Along the leafy garden, our place offers a unique and spectacular view of the sea as well as the neighbouring islands São Jorge, Faial and the highest mountain of Portugal – Pico. The space Be warmly welcomed at Casa Flores – where the traditional charm has been preserved, still including the old oven and a fireplace in the kitchen. With 50 square meters Casa Flores is perfect for 2 persons. Part of the spacious and well-equipped kitchen is a two-burner electric stove, a separate electronic hotplate, an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a capsule coffee maker as well as a French press. Casa Flores consists of a combined livingroom and bedroom, overlooking the garden and making you feel cosy throughout your stay. An electric radiator provides warmth on cold days. WIFI is accessible in every place of the Casa. A stereo system, CD’s, audiobooks, various games as well as a library with a versatile choice of books will help you enjoy your precious time and will make it rich in variety. The large bathroom offers besides an underfloor heating, a window, a shower, plenty of towels as well as a hairdryer– the perfect place for you to cool down after an exciting day. There is more than enough stowage space all over the Casa – one of the cabinets at the entrance hall for clothes and shoes.
