The space The Surf Bunny is a PRIVATE 1BR/2BA, 1200 sqft. version of the apartment comprising the second floor of our home in beautiful Frangista Beach. (We simply lock off the 2nd Bedroom and rent it as a 1BR) PLUS the new private Bamboo Garden with grill and outdoor dining area! Features include: PRIVATE entry and 1 parking space, HUGE living room, a full kitchen, wood floors, large private deck and lower level Bamboo Garden with table for six, a 20' Rowe queen sleeper-sectional in the large living room, 65" Smart HD TV. Simmons King bed, flat screen TV in the bedroom and grill area out front. Washer and dryer inside the apartment. IF YOU WANT ANOTHER bedroom with another KING BED... Rent the entire 2BR Surf Bunny. We are located just a few minutes walk to the gated beach, the DQ, pizza shop, winery and close to all the fun in our area. BRING YOUR BICYCLES or have them delivered by the bike rental company. Live like a local in the 1Br Surf Bunny! Guest access This rental is the 2nd floor apartment & balcony (minus 1BR) Private rear balcony and private, lit, ground floor bamboo garden patio - for grilling and outdoor dining and relaxing. PRIVATE ENTRY DOOR with coded door lock. ONE Guest parking space in front is provided. Other things to note Quiet time after 10 pm in The Beach Bunny House. Not silent...just quiet. Our county noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm - 6 am. We will not tolerate spring break type idiocy. We, the owners, live onsite and are laid back, cool people. We only like to rent to quality, respectful people. If you are not, you will be made to leave. YOUNG CHILDREN: The Surf Bunny is not "safed" for young children. There is a gate in the closet to block the top of the stairs, however, the electrical sockets are not covered and there is not a crib or high chair supplied. You will need to bring your own.
