The shared balcony upstairs is perfect for morning coffee. The unit itself is on the ground floor, is sophisticated yet cozy, with contemporary furnishings, vintage posters, and original hardwood floors. The space A shotgun house is a long narrow unit with no central hallway - so the living room flows into the bedroom which flows into the dining room, without separation; perfect for couples and solo travelers. The bathroom and kitchen were just renovated! The apartment has stylish furnishings, a big screen TV, a comfortable memory foam mattress and laundry in unit. Pets are welcome! Guest access The entire apartment is yours. The only shared space on the property is the balcony and the carport. Other things to note This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you. We do have plenty of area rugs to dampen sound and ask them to be quiet and respectful, but if this would bother you or you are a very light sleeper, we would suggest booking an upstairs unit or one story property instead.
