This sea side cottage is privately managed by local owners, and safely nestled on the oceanside of Atlantic Ave. within walking distance to the Surf Club Grill. There is no need to cross a busy street to walk to the beach and being so close to the water, means easy and quick access back home for those with little kids. This exclusive cottage will make you feel at home while your away. It is our pleasure to host you during your time in the historic North End community of Virginia Beach. Welcome! Other things to note Due to Virginia Beach City ordinance governing Short Term Rentals only 2 adults per bedroom are allowed to stay overnight. Oceanhouse919 may only host a maximum of 6 adults per reservation. Additionally, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed to be parked in the driveway overnight - 10 pm - 10 am. (maximum 3 cars)
