AMAZING PANORAMIC VIEWS from a modern, smart home

Our jaws dropped when we first saw the views from our future home. The views aren't just from the infinity-edge hot tub and outdoor fire pits, but also from the beds in every bedroom, from the office area, the kitchen, and from the family room with a huge sliding door to let the outside in. This is our forever home, so we have spared no expense making it beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Your voice controls everything from the shades to the music, so you can just relax and take it all in. The space Our home is clean, calm, and relaxing. And our neighborhood is quiet and safe, with wide, flat streets and sidewalks, even though we are on the mountain. Since this is our home, we have more features and keep it better maintained than most for-profit rentals. But unlike most homeowners, we like to keep it modern, minimalistic, and neat, so you won't be dealing with other people's clutter. Guest access Unlike most hillside places in LA, our neighborhood is as lovely as the view, with wide streets, sidewalks, easy parking, and a beautiful park, so it's a great place to walk or jog. Our house is on a flat cul-de-sac, so you won't be battling gravity when you park. The house has two driveway parking spots and there is plenty of free and unrestricted street parking in the neighborhood. Other things to note There are 100% blackout shades in every bedroom, and 60% privacy shades in the living room, all controlled with your voice, the remote, or on a schedule. We like the blackout shades scheduled to be open during the day and closed just before sunrise, so we can doze off with a fabulous view and still not be woken up by the sun. You'll love the huge balcony area, where we have a gas fire table, arcade basketball, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and dart board, all with a jaw-dropping view. The family room downstairs has a 16 foot glass door that opens wide to bring the outdoors in, along with the incredible views. The four voice-controlled TVs each have all the major streaming services, including DirecTV, YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, Peacock, Hulu, and ESPN. We have voice-controlled Sonos Soundbars and Amazon Echos throughout the house, so you can ask for any music you want to be played in each or every room. The portion of the yard you don't see (down the slope) is covered with fruit trees, and you're welcome to pick whatever you can use during your stay, but do use caution if you decide to head down the hill. Depending on the season, there are avocados, oranges, blood oranges, tangerines, figs, pears, and others. Kids will love watching the planes takeoff and land at Burbank Airport. If you look carefully, you can also see Hogwarts Castle at Universal Studios.
