Location, location and location. With Summer coming we have our own private HOA beach (with chairs and umbrellas waiting for you on the beach), walking distance to Kings Beach, golf, hiking and more. Everything is minutes away. We are 10 minutes to the Nevada border for gambling. Roomy with 1,640 sq ft. with a nice cozy feel and fireplace. We also have 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for you to use with easy access to the water. This will save you a minimum of $200 per day from renting, The space This is a very cozy Tahoe townhouse. It has comfortable up to date furniture and new TV's. The beach is 75 yards away and great hiking trails, golfing and more close by. No smoking and no animals allowed...sorry. We also provide 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards which saves you $200 per day and gives you fun time on the lake. This makes our rental an exceptional deal! Guest access You will have access to the entire townhome with the exception of one closet downstairs. Other things to note The price also includes use of our two kayaks and paddleboards (that saves you $200 per day vs renting a Kings Beach for the day) which makes this a fantastic deal in the Summer. Also, we do have a short haired dog when we stay at our home. If you have severe allergies to dogs please inquire for more info. Only 2 of the bedrooms have wall to wall carpet.
