Welcome to this beautiful and fun home in Idaho. Sit and unwind in your private hot tub on the back patio. Directly across from the home is a community pool, playground, and 1 acre park with a basketball court. If that isn't enough, the game room will have you fully entertained with a pool table, shuffleboard, cornhole, ping pong, foosball, and darts. Features four bedrooms, two bathrooms,and sleeps 10 guests. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked for all of your needs. This home has it all. The space Please Note: The community pool located across from the home is currently closed due to HOA-required repairs and is expected to reopen on August 16. Once reopened, it is anticipated to remain open through September 15, with the possibility of staying open longer if weather permits. Other things to note The community pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. The game room is in the garage, and this space is not heated or cooled. We do provide a large fan to help in the summer. All posted pool rules must be followed at all times. Stays over two weeks are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $165. Every two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will apply at the guests expense.
