The space The furnished one-bedroom hotel-like apartment features a solid commercial entry door, deadbolt & security latch, laminated glass windows, and commercial grade interior fire & sound-rated separation walls.
 Dual tankless hot water heater and two mini-split head units, in the living room and bedroom, provide unmatched climate control. Fill the refrigerator, load the Dishwasher, make a meal in the microwave or cook a home meal on the stovetop; we provide all the essentials in the cabinets.  Guest access When facing The Rosalie, enter the drive aisle on the right of the building, look for our “Welcome Please Enter Here” sign. Continue to the back lot, where you will see seven parking spaces. Please only use two spaces. (If you have guests or additional vehicles, parking on the street is limited to 2 hours, Mon-Sat, and unlimited parking on Sunday.) There is also a van-accessible parking space. Once parked, face The Rosalie and head toward the ramp-accessible rear porch, Suite Three will be on your right. Look for the door with the sign “Suite Three” and enter your code to complete our seamless self-check-in process! Other things to note Keep peace of mind while you're home or away as The Rosalie's, Ring, security cameras border the exterior and are constantly recording video and audio. In the Kitchen of each suite, there will be a Minut decibel monitor. We ask that sound in each unit be kept to a respectable level. Please keep in mind these systems only monitor decibel levels and do not record sound. Our goal is to ensure quiet enjoyment for all guests. We provide a reasonable amount of essential consumables based on the length of your reservation; additional items such as coffee, pods, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, and paper towels will not be provided."
