The space Why settle for your basic Florida condo when stunning views of Cape Coral and the pleasures of indoor/outdoor living can be yours while you’re here? Our south-facing 5th floor escape has 3 generously sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms (including a primary suite), with a massive terrace and screened patios that nearly double the size of your living space! Come inside for a tour, and don’t forget to take a virtual walk through in our pictures (updates in progress, new photos coming soon!). You’ll arrive at the community and park in the resident section of the garage (don’t worry, we’ll send detailed instructions after you book!) before taking the elevator upstairs - easy entry to the condo with a unique unlock code that we’ll send shortly before your arrival. You’ll emerge from the foyer into the open plan living space, with the kitchen to your right and the laundry room tucked away. The primary suite is to the left, with two guest bedrooms and a second full bath to the right of the living space. Both sets of bedrooms feature doors to the screened patio. The piece de resistance is the property’s massive 56 foot wide terrace, which faces south toward Sanibel Island (we recommend planning a day trip to Sanibel while you’re here, and we’ll send you details on that later!). The terrace offers so many options for enjoying Cape Coral’s beautiful weather, from sunrise yoga (we’re happy to help coordinate an instructor’s visit for your group), to relaxing in the sun with a good book, to elegant cocktails as the sun goes down. Outside the condo, our community has fantastic amenities: TWO pools (one heated), fitness center and clubhouse, tennis and basketball, BBQs, several great restaurants, bars and shops, all in a friendly and fun marina setting! There are lots of great restaurants, shopping and activities within a few minutes drive in Cape Coral, and with Fort Myers to the east and Sanibel Island to the west, there are tons of options for boating, beaching and exploring - we’ll send you a list of things to do, see and eat after you book! Guest access The entire condo is yours to enjoy while you’re here! You’ll have access to our bikes, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. Shared community amenities like the pool and fitness center have specific hours but no additional costs or restrictions on enjoying them during your visit! Children must be supervised at all times and may be prevented from using facilities if requested by community management. Kayaks and additional bikes are available for rent right nearby!
