You will love the convenience of Sunswept 302. First floor condo next to the pool with parking right outside the front door. Beach access is on the south side of the complex. The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. Wireless internet is also included. The space Sunswept Condos feature a Living room with high speed wifi, cable, and an HD TV. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals and serve meals. Includes all major appliances. There is one bathroom. The Bedroom has a King sized bed, dresser, washer/dryer, and a TV with cable. The pool access is right outside the back door. Guest access You are welcome to park in any of the pasking areas in the complex (please hang parking pass from vehicle mirror). You are welcome to use the pool, beach access, outdoor showers, patio furniture, grills, and common seating area. There are bathrooms by the pool. Other things to note While the condo is fully furnished, there are things you will need to bring or get once you are here. The following are not included other than minimal supplies offer at check-in: There is a trash can liner in each trash receptacle. There will be one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There will be liquid hand soap at each sink and some dish soap in the kitchen. The following items are not provided (you will need to bring or purchase the following): Bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, beach towels, and any beach accessories like chairs or canopies.
