Recently renovated with a brand new outside area with all the comforts, BBQ with outside dining area, giving you the chance to try al fresco dining! The exterior of the villa is surrounded by flowering plants, local vegetation and well-kept, lawn covered gardens. The picture is complete with the private swimming pool measures 7m x 4m (depth 0.8m - 1.5m) and is equipped with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. Unique Outside Area & with a really comfortable inside area!!Great for families with children and group of friends! The large indoor spaces can comfortably accommodate big families or large groups up to 8/10 people, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 8 people can sleep in these bedrooms. In case of extra guests, there are two options. The sofa in the living room is wide and long enough to sleep comfortably one person. The second option is to have an extra bed on request. It is composed by 2 self-contained units (connected by an external passage) rented as a whole, unique villa for 8/10 guests to benefit from common space and exclusive use of the pool.The first house has two bedrooms with one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The second house has one bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchen with a large sofa bed. There is an additional bedroom upstairs with external access via stairs. Guest access Lucas Villa is located at the center of the famous Melidoni village, which is connected to its cave, Gerondospilio. The cave is very famous for both its historical and speleological interest and attracts lots of visitors every year. Lucas Villa is close to local small shops, supermarkets, cafes and tavernas, this property is the ideal choice for all those who don't want to rely constantly on a car. It is also close to the amazing sandy beaches of Panormos and Bali,which are just a 15 minutes drive away. Other things to note The property has been totally renovated to an incredibly high standard and is fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price).Twice a week (every three days) maid service as well as linen, towels and pool towels are included.
