Includes all necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. DINING: Seating for six (note the unique glass table has a feature allowing for expansion on both ends). Seating for 3 at the extra large kitchen counter. LIVING ROOM: Step down into the stylish living room with cozy chairs and a wrap around couch. Settle in for a movie or game on the brand new 70in. Sony screen equipped with Apple TV. Sit by the modern fireplace that sparkles with glass creating a warm environment to gather with friends and family. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom (the 2nd bathroom is in the master), a linen closet and Washer and Dryer closet. Bedroom 1 Includes a queen bed, 2 night stands with light for reading and a charging station for phones, ipads, etc. Full closet with hanging space, shelves and a luggage rack. Full length mirror for dressing. Bedroom 2 Includes 2 Tempur-Pedic double beds, full closet with hanging space and drawers, a pack-n-play and a pop-up tent for the little ones at the beach. A new 40in. smart TV perfect for streaming and gaming. Bedroom 3 The master includes a Tempur-Pedic queen bed, 2 large night stands with plenty of drawer space. Additional drawers and hanging space is in the closet area along with a new 50in smart TV that includes Apple TV. The bathroom has 2 sinks and an amazing rain and multi-headed shower with natural light pouring in from above. Slip into slumber after and wake up and have your morning coffee on the private back patio right out of the master's sliding glass doors. In the afternoon, take a nap on the beautifully recovered daybed. LAUNDRY CLOSET Includes a stackable washer and dryer, detergent and stain remover. LINEN CLOSET Includes extra blankets, pillows, beach towels, laundry basket, hamper, Iron and ironing board. Also, a broom/dustpan and a mopping stick w/pads for damp mopping floors. FRONT PATIO The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and refrigerator. Room for food preparation on the concrete counter tops and a for friend to assist on the other side. Sit at the dining table set for 6 and enjoy that delicious meal. Listen to the running water and warm up to the fire pit on the cozy outdoor couch afterwards. BACK PATIO Yet another inviting space to relax and unwind from an active day. Whether sitting under the umbrella at the bistro table for 2 or stretching out on the large daybed for an afternoon nap, there is something for everyone. ENTERTAINMENT We provide WIFI throughout the house. All TV's are new and accommodate streaming. The living room and master have Apple TV. There are many DVD's and video games in the cabinets of the black console in the living room along with board games and playing cards. Lots of books to read too. HEAT & AIR Although it stays mostly cool at the beach, we do have central heat located in the hall (please turn off when you leave). When you need the extra air-flow, the ocean breezes provide that quite well when the windows are open. You can even hear the waves at night when all is quiet. If that's not enough, we have a couple fans to assist. BEACH GEAR/ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT There is about everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels (in linen closet), ice chest and a cart to carry everything. We also provide six bikes with helmets and two kayaks (currently stored closer to the boat launch) with vests. There are also 2 e-bikes available upon request to rent. There is a ping pong table available for use in the garage. It will need to be folded back up after use. PLEASE use caution and care with all equipment. Guest uses all equipment at their own risk. GARAGE AND PARKING There is a total of 3 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. One in the garage and two others in front of the house. PLEASE stay inside the white line and DO NOT park on or block our neighbor's property. There will be a garage remote provided in the house once you arrive. PLEASE, return the remote to its place when you leave. There is a $50 charge for lost remotes. The entire property is available to our guests with the exception of any locked cabinets. Please make note of two metal cabinets in the garage, a coat closet in the living room and small cabinet in the master bedroom. We are always available through the platform's text messaging and will promptly respond to any of your needs. We will also provide our cell numbers. Enjoy both the Channel Islands Harbor and the Ventura Harbor. Both have a variety of restaurants and activities for families and friends to enjoy together. Oxnard Beach Park is right down the street from the bungalow where you can take a yoga class, fly kites, play basketball, volleyball or let the kids play on the Pirate Ship playground. Come find your coastal getaway. If you're going to the beach or the park, bicycling or walking is best. You can easily walk to the local convenient store/wine shoppe, restaurant, bakery and brewery about 2 blocks away, but they also have parking available. Easy getting around town with a car and use of navigation.
