Please consider carpooling, as there is no additional street parking available. Outdoor Speakers: DJ speakers are not allowed outdoors at any time. House Inspection: Please inspect the house on the day of your arrival and promptly inform us of any issues. Pets: If your pet has been approved for your stay, you are responsible for any damages they may cause. Additional cleaning fees may apply for indoor excrement or odors. Food and Drinks: Be cautious with food and drinks in the bedrooms to avoid stains on carpets or mattresses, which may result in cleaning or replacement fees. Quiet Hours: No loud music is allowed outside the house after 10 PM, and DJ speakers are prohibited at all times. Furniture: Please treat our furnishings with care to avoid damage. You agree to cover costs exceeding the deposit for any damages caused by using the furnishings. Do not rearrange the furniture. Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the house at all times. Device and Appliance Care: Any loss or damage to devices or appliances will result in replacement or repair fees deducted from the deposit. Drive Safely: Drive cautiously when exiting the gate and driveway, as children may be playing outside. Airbnb Policies: Guests must also adhere to any applicable Airbnb policies, which are regularly updated.
