The space This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 6 bedroom (queen size beds) and 3 full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay. All the mattresses are pillowing top queen side to have a great quality sleep. High-quality laminate flooring throughout the all house. Spacious kitchen fully stocked and set up with high-end stainless-steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / and a breakfast table in the kitchen area to enjoy meals with your family. Open floor plan living area with one comfortable sofa bed and a 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends. (Garage is not available for parking) Features: - Key-less entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am. Other things to note - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guest for security reasons - No pets. - No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - Locals must contact us before booking. - We have a camera at the front and back for security reason. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
