Here's what to expect before you arrive: + The entire 1BR apartment was recently redecorated with elegant furnishings that match the home's mid-century modern design. + We know New England weather can never make up its mind, so rest assured there is air conditioning and heating available to create your ideal indoor climate. + Relax on the living room's buttery leather sofa and accent chairs as you watch TV, read — or just enjoy a much-needed nap! + Food prep is no problem in this fully stocked kitchen, which includes all-new dishes, pots and pans, barware, flatware, cooking essentials, microwave, and electric coffeemaker. Just grab some gorgeous local ingredients at the farmers market and nurture your inner chef! Then enjoy your culinary delights in the open dining area or the picnic table set up in the backyard. + A spacious bathroom awaits you, complete with luxury towels. + You'll get plenty of ZZZZs in a comfy queen bed complete with a new mattress. There’s a pathway to the back of the house with 3 steps that leads to the private apartment door. In the lovely back yard the guest will find two Adirondack’s. Enjoy your morning coffee or or evening glass of wine, listening to the birds chirping and admiring the scenery.
