Enjoy this spacious condominium with its floor to ceiling gulf views from every room or step out onto your huge private balcony to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach! This Condominium is upscale living at its best, with a king-size bed in the master, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, and another king bed and twin bed in the third suite. All bedrooms have premium mattresses. There are TVs in all bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals in the unit, and the dining room has plenty of seating with three additional chairs at the breakfast bar! All bedrooms have a full private bath, with double vanity sinks. The deck has a full-size table with seating for enjoying those sunrise and sunsets from your balcony. Long Beach is ideally located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is across the street!). There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with islands and waterfalls, two Polynesian pools (one is seasonally heated), whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill (seasonal), onsite jet ski/umbrella chair rental, and 24-hour security with gated access and plenty of parking. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for their stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded. This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions. No more than 3 vehicles are allowed for this condo. No exceptions. Parking for 3 vehicles is included in the booking breakdown. There will be 9 wristbands left in the unit when you arrive. If any of the wristbands are missing or damaged during the checkout inspection guests will be charged to replace them. If you booked before 9/4/25 parking is not included in the booking breakdown & will be requested through the Airbnb app 7days prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app. No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine. Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund. No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This unit sleeps 9 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out. Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive. This condo is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the condo you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee. Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule. Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay. We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply. Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit. Please be respectful to the guest checking in behind you & please make sure you & your party are checked out on time. As our cleaners are on very tight schedules. The cleaning fee stated in our booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a stay between 28-90 days we will request an additional $195.00 cleaning fee through the Airbnb app. By booking guests agree to pay this fee 1 week prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app along with the $300.00 security deposit. Access to property will not be given until that fee is paid in full. If that fee is not fully paid 7 days prior to check in, the reservation will be forfeited without any refund to guest. By booking, Guest agrees to pay directly to management company an additional $300.00 security deposit no later than one week prior to the arrival date. This fee will be requested 7days prior to the arrival date through the Airbnb app. Access to property will not be given until deposit is paid in full. If the deposit is not fully paid 7 days prior to check in, the reservation will be forfeited without any refund to guest. The security deposit is potentially fully refundable if there are no damages to the condo, the linen we provide, no excessive cleaning is needed, & our house rules are followed. It is your responsibility to make sure all guests in your group honor all the house rules, as the deposit refund is based on the group.
