Enjoy a private studio apt attached to the back of our home, on 7 acres! We are perfectly situated between Albany and the Catskills. We 6 miles from local Greenville stores and the Huyck Preserve. Less than 20 miles to Wyndham and Hunter Mt. You’ll love this secluded space with views of the mountains, en-suite bath, bamboo floors, kitchenette (microwave/fridge ONLY), comfortable memory foam King mattress and futon bed, and a private deck. It is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. The space This peaceful getaway is attached to our home, but shares no interior walls with our living spaces, only our garage. So you may here us open and close the garage door from time to time. The room includes a King size memory foam mattress and a futon, towels and linens, a full size dresser, and kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, dishes, there is NO full kitchen) and a Roku smart tv (no cable) There are stairs up to a shared deck, that we may walk across at times, but do not use for sitting on, we have camp chairs that are available for sitting and enjoying the views. Guest access Beautiful apartment with a mainly private deck, you have full access to all the amenities provided. There is a Fire-pit near the pond and walking trails to 8-mile creek on property. Guests DO NOT have access to the pool (summer) and playground on property. Other things to note This studio is attached to the back of our garage but has a private entrance and no shared interior walls with my living spaces. Check-in is by 8 pm, unless permission for later was acquired. We have Chickens (rooster too) , a puppy, and 2 kids running around on property! We try our best to keep them quiet, but it can be unpredictable at times ☺️ A/C window into from June-September only.
