However, if you are bringing one there's no need to stress about finding parking on the street as the driveway has ample room for 2-3 vehicles. Parksville is also a great place to ride your bikes, go for a 30-minute ride to Coombs Country Farm and check out goats on the roof! Other things to note Please note - In order to keep costs low, we do request guests who are staying during waste collection days (typically Wednesdays) to roll the corresponding bins to the curb. We will get in touch if there is a pick-up during your stay. We greatly appreciate it!! Our garden is one of the things we love most about our place. Wild and beautiful in the summer with blooms of all sorts, you may even see an asparagus or two! We believe that nature knows what it's doing, so when it comes to our garden we try not to intervene too much with the process of the seasons, letting nature take its course (plus it's good for the birds and bees and other critters!).
