Universal Studios or SeaWorld is a 30 minute drive! There are multiple grocery stores and gas stations as well as a Publix and Walmart less than 10 minutes away. You are in between both coasts, so a trip to the beach is easy! We are located approximately 15 minutes from Disney resorts and 30 minutes from both Universal Studios and SeaWorld. We are also minutes away from fantastic restaurants as well as grocery and other retailers. When you arrive you will park in the back and enter the home this way. Pool heating is available and does take 24 hrs to heat from it’s initial power on, so please coordinate this in advance. To turn on the pool heater, is $25/day or $125/week. *** Resort clubhouse pool will be CLOSED from September 6- September 22 for maintenance *** The closure will include the main water feature and pool. At this time, the resort does not expect to close the hot tub, lazy river or pool deck. FOR MONTHS OF DECEMBER - MARCH: When the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees F, the pool heaters are programed to automatically shut off. This can be common during these months at night. The pool heater on this home is a residential pool heater provided to all homes in the neighborhood. The pool heater shuts off to prevent it from over-compensating and breaking if it can not keep up with the temperature. We can not guarantee the temperature will be as high as normal during this time. We also offer a 2-burner propane grill for $65 for your entire stay. The cost covers the propane as well as ensures the grill is thoroughly cleaned and safe to use. Please let us know if you would like us to provide this during your stay.
