The lower level hosts a spacious living room along with a dining area and a kitchenette. This is allows guests staying in the lower level bedrooms to enjoy their own coffee and cereal bar and any late night snacks. NO PARKING ON LAWN UNLESS APPROVED BY HOST Other things to note The backyard has a slope that goes down onto the Katy Trail. We ask that guests do not venture down that way for their own safety.
