The space This 1,800 square foot townhome accommodates a large and well stocked kitchen, laundry room with a sink, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a living and dining room to gather for games and socializing . Two bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom to share while the master and bunk room are found on the main level. Rest easy after a long day of adventures on Helix premium mattresses(not in bunk room) as you enjoy a movie on one of the several smart TVs located in every room. This home is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Idaho Falls, 10 minutes to Palisades Reservoir, 1 hour from Jackson Hole, and 1 hour from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. It is the perfect getaway for anytime of the year! *The bunk beds have been taken apart and serve as two twin size beds next to each other. * There is no garbage pickup service in Swan Valley. Garbage overflow may be taken to dump by guests or we can schedule for it to be picked up. The dump is a free service and only 2 miles away. Guest access There is a 2 car garage with additional 2 car spots on driveway. Additional parking can be found in the parking spaces just across the street.
