Condo 725 is located on the 7th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 7th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $75 registration fee on-site for 1 parking pass and 6 RFID amenity armbands. .**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches. The "Ocean Pearl" is an updated and beautifully decorated condo at the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. With 1 Master Bedroom and a Bunk Room, each with its own full bathroom attached. This jewel is a 1 bedroom + bunkroom condo that sleeps 6 and is located on the 7th floor in the beachfront Shores of Panama Resort, with reserved parking on the same level in the covered garage. The kitchen is open to the living area, and bar seating. It is stocked with all the small appliances and utensils you could need. The open concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find an electric large double reclining couch with a separate electric recliner chair. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow for tons of light and lead out onto your oversized balcony. End your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails in the terrace chairs overlooking the sugar-white beach and azure-colored waters of the Gulf! The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a new mattress (2021), and its own view of the tropical pool area, beach, and gulf. Your en suite bathroom has a large vanity and great lighting. It has a shower/ tub combination as well. The Bunk Room has 2 twin beds with new mattresses (2021) and its own full bathroom as well. There is also a Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space outdoors with a hottub, and a heated pool and hottub indoors, a full spa, a modern fitness center with brand new equipment, and 2 poolside Tiki bars. Frequently asked questions: 1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo? This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot. 2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate. Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather.
