Everything you could need to feel comfortable and at ease is provided, including a washer and dryer, full-size kitchen, a ground-level bedroom & two second floor bedrooms, and central air. The space Graf House is a century old farmhouse which was moved to Ellis in the mid 1950s. Additional space was added, but the house retains the character of its origin. You will experience details that were typical of early farmhouses - cozy living area and kitchen/dining area, with a master bedroom on the ground floor and additional bedrooms upstairs. The stairs are steep, but carpeted. The house is furnished for comfort. The kitchen has cooking and eating utensils for large or small meals. The bathroom is small but quite adequate.
