Private WiFi for guest privacy FREE Beach chair & Umbrella on-site We have 7 total beds- king, queen, twin, 2 fulls (bunk bed with a twin pullout under the bed), and queen couch bed in living room Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic with an abundance of activities). **Just added: Free seasonal beach service (March - October)** Our previous Guest love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool and beach(No streets to cross!). The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea to watch the dolphins. It will make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time. We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately that we have supplied some of the must-haves for the condo so you wouldn't have to purchase or bring as much from home. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master has a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin, 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds and a twin. This is great for large families with small kids. The couch in the living room also has a pull-out bed if needed. Regency Towers is a 24 hour gated community. Once you arrive, you will check into the Main Desk to get your Parking passes and wristbands($25 for two vehicles and $25 per additional vehicle up to 4 total. These will last for the duration of your stay). Please note: if you arrive after 6pm. You will have a temporary pass until the next day so that you can check in at the front desk. We are always available and prompt to answer any questions you may have. You can contact through the Airbnb app. When you arrive you will notice the quietness of the area. There are grocery stores and restaurants very close to Regency Towers. Generally, most people walk to their destinations because it is very close to attractions. However, you can always drive. Regency Towers has an abundant amount of parking for guests. Please note a valid drivers license will be required at check-in.
