This beach condo is a spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath - The deck is west facing with beautiful sunset views from the 4th floor. Amenities: Tiki hut with food and beverage services, full gym, jacuzzi, two pools (one heated) & Kiddie Pool :) Primary guest must be 21 years or older(disclosure must be signed). The space Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic with an abundance of activities). **Just added: Free seasonal beach service (March - October)** Our previous Guest love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool and beach(No streets to cross!). The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea to watch the dolphins. It will make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time. We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately that we have supplied some of the must-haves for the condo so you wouldn't have to purchase or bring as much from home. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master has a king, 2nd bedroom has 2 queens and 2 twins, 3rd bedroom has 1 King Bed and there is also a pullout queen couch. This is great for large families with small kids. The couch in the living room also has a pull-out bed if needed.
