This bright, open-concept townhome is located in the heart of the historic South Park district of Dayton Ohio. The spacious property was originally built in the 1800's and was renovated to carefully curate some of the original aspects of the home, such as the sturdy clawfoot soak tub (and shower) and hardware and one of a kind woodwork you can only find in an older home. The tall ten -ft ceilings make for the perfect gathering space for a bigger group of guests. Come stay with us! The space The space embodies an eclectic, yet modern feel, with industrial statement lighting, to give you an "at home" and inviting experience through out your stay. The home is two floors, with a large open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath located right off of the main living room area (first bedroom on main floor off of kitchen in the back of the home - large divider used for bedroom door) and two are up a short flight of stairs. The main bathroom is on the second floor and includes a bath tub and shower. There is plenty of cabinet and closet space to make you comfortable and accommodated for. The interior design of the home was spared no expense to detail, making sure that it is a home that we, as your hosts, would happily live in ourselves! We believe that this makes the space very special. There are unlimited amount of amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker (makes pods & a pot of coffee), washer/dryer + laundering supplies, plush bath towels, comfy down duvet bedspreads, memory foam mattresses, etc. Let us pamper you as our guests, whether you are visiting from out of town or here for a staycation! We are available at all times. Guest access To enter the home, you will have a private touch key pad to enter and leave as you please. The door is original to the home, so when leaving and locking, you must hold the door toward you and hold shut until lock is engaged. There is free street parking in front of the home. South Park has many incredible places to eat and visit within walking distance, including Ghostlight Coffee Shop down the street, Branch and Bone Artisan Ales, and South Park Tavern, famous for their pizza! The charming neighborhood adorns many gorgeous, completely one of a kind historic homes; feel free to walk around and be welcomed to the community!
