The space "Cottage 1st Lake" is a two-bedroom, waterfront cottage thats sleeps 4 people maximum. The main bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a twin over twin built in bunk bed. Every detail has been well thought out and designed to make your stay comfortable. Inside the cottage you will find a gorgeous pine throughout the entire cabin, cathedral ceilings, propane fireplace wrapped in stone, open concept kitchen/living room and a tiled, full bath with a spacious shower. Kitchen is modern, fully equipped with cups, plates, cooking pots and pans, serving dishes, utensils and even grilling tools! There are stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave) as well as coffee pot (drip) and a toaster. A well appointed kitchen nook, also serves well a work space! Rustic and elegant Adirondack style decor completes the look of this charming and modern waterfront cabin. Outside you will find a charcoal grill, fire pit surrounded by Adirondack style chairs and a picnic table. Complementary kayaks, canoes, SUP. BOAT RENTAL (for registered gusts only) available on site - 20' pontoon boat or 17' bowrider. Full day/half day. Inquire for details. Spring, Summer, Fall availability! Closed for Winter Season. Guest access Self check in. Access code and check in and check out info provided in advance. Other things to note Swim safety form and Waiver for kayaks, SUP and canoes needs to be signed prior to check in and submitted by email. Small bathing beach onsite. No lifeguard on duty. Pets are NOT allowed. Pet friendly cottages are: #4, #5, #6, #7, #8 AND #9. Docking space limited and available by reservation ONLY! $50 p/day docking fee applies and will be added as an extra fee.
