No parties, no events, no gatherings. - The property has a hot tub and a fire pit located thereon. The guest(s)/tenants will be using the hot tub and/or fire pit at the guest(s)/tenants own risk. The host/owner will not be held responsible for injuries sustained by the the guest(s)/tenants and/or the guest(s)/tenants occupants when using the hot tub and/or fire pit. The guest(s)/tenants will indemnify the host/owner for any actions resulting from injuries to guest(s)/tenants and/or guest(s)/tenants occupants or guests.
