Completely upgraded cottage with 3 bed/2 baths. On Houston Lake, enjoy views from most rooms in the house. Everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen and a grill is available on the deck. Feels secluded in a quiet neighborhood, but in close proximity to several attractions. Hummingbird Hill Farms, Houston Lake Country Club and Golf Course, Robins Air Force Base, Rigby's Water World, Warner Robins Little League, Guardian Center and Perry Ag. Center are all within a 5 - 20 minute drive. The space Plenty of parking in the U-shaped drive and carport. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer a king bed with their own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a custom built queen and twin xl bunk and guests will use one of the ensuite bathrooms in bedroom 1 or 2. A queen air mattress is available for the 8th and 9th guest. Notify the owners for air mattress needs. Other things to note Water and wildlife are present on property. Children should be supervised at all time. No swimming allowed.
