Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom Mountain Lodge, a relaxing modern Chalet in the heart of the Big Bass Lake gated community with a variety of amenities. Whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or an adventure filled stay, our home is the perfect surrounded by trees within 5 minutes walking distance from Lake and Beach. Spend you days enjoying at the private beach with kayaks, canoes. From the lit up fire pit area, grill, HotTub and AC in each room.We are very close to Pocono attractions. The space There are 2 Bedrooms with one queen bed, one full bed, one twin bed with 2 extra mattresses and a full bath on first floor, 1 Bedroom on the second floor with a king bed and full bath. Unique large windows, a rustic yet modern feel, lounge chairs, reading chair + work desk, a game room packed with things to use, Split AC in every Room, Smart TV, board games, bar table & accessories, renovated kitchen, traditional chimney, lit up fire pit with a grill and spacious seating, large porch, long driveway, and a big front yard. Please be advised that the community, due to restrictions, does not allow more than 9 guests at anytime at one house. Therefore the guests staying + visiting guests should not exceed 9. Guest access Whole house! Split AC in every room , Hot Tub and aesthetic fire pit area with seating! There is a lot of amenities within our 5-star community for use. Clubhouse is where you will find the outdoor pool and splash pad. The snack bar and activities room are all within the Clubhouse walls. Amenities outside include: a full basketball court, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a new tot lot, and a volleyball area, lake side beaches, at a nominal fees. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFO: All people living in the lodge during the stay AND all day guests MUST be informed at least 4/5 days prior to the beginning of your stay (preferably the same time you send back the rental form). This is a community rule and ANY violation of this will result in the guest paying the full fine given by the community (will not be a small fine!). This can easily be avoided by properly filling out the rental form provided by us upon booking. This information is also in the community’s rental form. Daily or weekly passes to enjoy community amenities can be purchased at the administration office(Year round) or the club house (seasonal). Passes grant you access to the following: Recreation Center - Indoor Pool (Seasonal) - Dry Sauna - Treetop Lounge - Locker Rooms - Fitness Center Club House - Outdoor Pool (Seasonal, Heated, with Lifeguard) - Snack Bar - Activity Room - Full Basketball Court, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Pickleball Courts, and Volleyball area. *Please note all sports courts are outdoors.Equipments is included in the amenity pass purchase. Subject to change, current amenity passes are: - Weekday $8 per person - Weekend $10 per person - Non-Holiday Week $30 per person - Holiday Week $50 per person BIG BASS LAKE boasts a sandy beach, roped-in swimming area with a lifeguard, picnic area, playground and a bath house. Reservations for kayak rentals can be made at the administration office. LARSEN LAKE is 9 minutes drive from the house and also offers a sandy beach, a roped-in swim area with a lifeguard, a picnic area, a playground, a bathhouse and tennis and basketball courts. FYI, Kayak rentals are NOT allowed at this location.
