The cottage is steps away from the lake and complete with everything you need to make summer memories enjoying the lake, or ice skating in the winter. The front screened in porch is the perfect place to wind down after a day of fun in the sun. The cottage is also just steps away from a public playground which includes bocce ball and cornhole. Perfect for groups of friends or families! The space This cottage is over 100 years old and still retains a lot of it's original beauty. Please be considerate of the fact that with an old home comes some squeaks and creaks, but you'll feel at home and cozy during your stay. While the home is air conditioned, due to its age, the upstairs can be warm on hot summer days. Guest access The cottage has a large driveway that can comfortably fit 3 vehicles. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and you'll find that everyone is friendly and will insist on waving as you pass by. Other things to note Please be considerate of the fact that this lake cottage is a quaint older home with some squeaks and creaks. With recently refinished floors we have switched to a strict no pet policy. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation! We apologize for the inconvenience however the bathtub/shower combo upstairs is currently only accessible for showers. We cannot allows baths at this time.
