Other things to note For Summer rentals beginning June - Labor Day weekend, there is a $160 weekly/ $80 3-day weekend charge to use the lake beach area due to lifeguards provided daily and varying amenities offered at the lake Beachhouse. THIS IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE INCURRED BY THE TENANT, AND NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL COST. This fee goes directly to the LMA Association and can be pre-paid for use of the lake beach area during the summer months.
