Due to the expensive items in the home, it is generally not suitable for young kids. Because this is an older home from the 70s and that it sits on wooded acre in NC, outdoor bugs may sometimes find their way indoors, especially if the deck sliders are left open. The house is regularly treated for pests and is thoroughly and professionally cleaned weekly. NOTE: Absolutely no parties. All guests must be registered.
