Within walking distance to University of the Cumberlands, 5 minutes (2miles) off of I-75, and less than thirty minutes from the original KFC and Cumberlands Falls State Resort Park. This home is newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a bonus loft bedroom for 4! Comfortable, plush living room furniture makes for great space to wind down after a day of adventuring in the beautiful Southeastern Kentucky mountains. With a fully stocked kitchen, it's like home away from home. This space comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Guests have access to the whole house. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and there are sidewalks outside the front of the house if you feel like taking a stroll around downtown Williamsburg. Parking is on the backside of the house and can fit 3-5 vehicles. I am more than happy to answer any questions you have during or before your stay! We will have a keypad for easy access to the house (code is provided day of check-in). This house is located on the edge of a neighborhood and house on the left side and an open field on the other. There is one house across the street as well that sits off the road about 15 yards. The neighborhood also sits off of HWY 25 so there is some traffic noise that you can hear at times. Parking is located at the back side of the house. Entrance is under a covered patio area. Look for the house with yellow paint outlining a step onto the patio area. There are many local shops within WALKING distance from the house! Some of these include: Williamsburg Nutrition: a drink shop with teas and milkshakes. (coupon provided for OUR GUESTS ONLY!) Cumberland River Coffee: Coffee, café food, teas. Williamsburg Suds Barn: Local homemade soap shop. Moonbow Market Place: Local goods, ice-cream, souvenirs. Moonbow Meat: Get local jams, cheese curds, farm raised meat, etc. Local restaurants within walking distance: Butchers Pub Brick Oven (coupon provided for OUR GUESTS ONLY!) Copper Tap Other things to do in the area: Cumberland Falls: 25 minute drive (One of the only existing Moonbows left in the world), horse back riding, etc. SO MANY HIKING TRAILS: Let us know if you want information on hiking trails and we will suggest some of our favorites! University of the Cumberlands: Hammocking park with poles, walking track, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, mini golf (one hole), open space to play Spikeball or other activities! Great Escape: Escape room located in Corbin (25 minute drive) is a great option for a fun night if you do not have other plans! Blue Heron Mining Company: FREE RIVER FLOAT! Air Raid Trampoline Park: Located in London, KY. Around a 35 minute drive. Kentucky Splash water Park: 7 minute drive (Open during summer months). Briar Creek Park: DISC GOLF course about 5 minutes down the road, located at the park, picnic tables, and playground sets. Cumberland Gap National Historic Park: Beautiful National Park located around 45 minutes from Airbnb property. (we would love to recommend some things to do). Laurel Lake River: Located 25-30 minutes away. Great idea to rent a boat in the summer months for a day out exploring more of Southeastern Kentucky.
