Just around the corner, you'll find the laundry area equipped with two washers and dryers for added convenience. • Living Room - 2 Amazing leather couches, one lounge chair, 2 stools, off the living room is kitchen table that accommodates comfortably 8+ 6 barstools so you can have a meal and all of you together to chat as well. From the kitchen/table area , through the doors, you will be guided to the open deck where on the right side you will find a cozy seating area with marvelous fireplace where a top of mantle you will find a 55” Smart TV with YouTube TV(subscription with local channels included), Disney Plus and Netflix, and to your right as well you will find a foosball, Grill and to the left, a stairs to the lower deck where a large 6 to 8 people hot tub is waiting for you. We did not forget on our youngsters! Off the deck, you’ll find a Play set with a swing, climbing wall and rails. Wonderful place to explore for them and have fun. Off the deck is a large fire pit area where Smore’s are the fav ones. SECOND FLOOR: • Play/Game room - Off the stairs, to the second floor the Loft/Playroom with a pool table and a shuffleboard is located. Can't wait to see you here! CABIN LOCATION : • The cabin is positioned on 1+ wooded acres in the Pine Hills North addition. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it's also conveniently located near some of Hochatown's most sought-after amenities: • 9 miles from the north State Park entrance • 2-5 miles from great restaurants including Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster and Girls Gone Wine • 8 miles from the Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream and Hochatown Escape Games • 5 miles from Cedar Creek Golf Course and Beavers Bend Marina at Broken Bow Lake The cabin is located an approximately 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip POLICIES : * Maximum Occupancy: 20 Adults & children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund. * For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: * No Pets | No Smoking or Vaping of any kind | No Fireworks Permitted | No Parties | No loud music after 10:30 PM * Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. * A $700 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This will be collected via an Airbnb-approved third-party software. * You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload your license. * Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. * A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. * All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. * Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. * We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they're cleaned. Please keep the cover on the hot tub until you are ready to use it so it heats faster. * The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. * Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice. * Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots. * Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture! * Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin! * Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
