The Ranchette at Los Berros.

Across the old wooden bridge and nestled between two creek beds lies our quaint ranchette. On this property is our little farmhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen and a cozy living room. Our 1.5 acres boasts lovely landscaping with a grassy area and many nooks which are perfect for relaxing, reading or picnicking. We have 2 Babydoll Sheep on the property, Cash and Lambo, feel free to feed them any fruits or veggies! Sorry, no pets or events allowed The space Our home is newly remodeled. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, the bright and airy living room, crisp clean bathrooms, new beds and fresh linens. You are welcome to visit the sheep out back, Winston and Robert, and hang out with them in the pasture! They are Babydoll sheep, the smallest breed of sheep which are known for being very docile and quiet. ANY parties, events, wedding photoshoots, or gatherings in excess of the 6 pre-approved guests must be approved by us before their arrival. Failure to seek approval will result in a trip cancellation or $1000 fine. We are hospitable and want you to have friends and family over but because of insurance reasons and the nature of the older property you must ask first. We are very accommodating and reasonable but due to being taken advantage of in the past we have these rules in place. Guest access Our property is very private and off the main road. There is parking for three cars to the right of the house. If you find yourself in front of a white metal gate, you are at the wrong house - please don’t disturb our neighbors. Our driveway is the next one over. Other things to note We do not offer The Ranchette as a venue for events. No third party bookings will be allowed.
