Canterbury Sandcastle with private beach & dock

Bring the whole family with lots of room for fun in Topsail Beach. Enjoy coffee on the front balcony to enjoy the ocean sunrise to start your day. Play all day in the water with an amazing private beach at low tide or jump off the dock into deep water. Easy 5 minute walk to the oceanside beach with lots of room to store your beach toys. 10 minute walk to the town. End your day with a lovely beverage to enjoy the fabulous sunset over the sound. Boat lift & kayak not included No parties allowed. The space 4 bedroom, 3 full baths plus 2 additional 1/2 baths, plus outdoor shower. One bath and one wash cloth per person along with one hand towel per sink is provided. The ground floor entrance room has additional fridge for storage, 1/2 bath and access to elevator for bringing your groceries and luggage upstairs. Main floor is the living room, dining, kitchen and a queen guest room plus a full bath. 2nd floor is the additional 3 bedrooms. One dedicated kids bunk room with twin over twin bunks, additional twin with a trundle. One queen guest room with private balcony to watch enjoy the sunrise ocean views. These two bedrooms each have a separate sink/toilet half bath with a connecting shower/tub bath inbetween. The master suite has a king sized bed, large closet, private balcony to enjoy the sound views as well as an oversized shower, water closet, double sinks and laundry. We are not pet friendly. Boat or trailer will be in far side of driveway. No parking in grass area beyond the wood marking of gravel area. Extra parking as needed along grass area of the road of Channel Blvd where the mailbox is allowed. Do not park in Church marked areas. There are two exterior cameras on property. One with an overview of the driveway and is located on the corner of the house by the palm tree pointed towards the street. The second is on the sound side of the house with a view of the dock (near the base of the stairs). This is only to ensure security for our boat and monitoring the water levels. Guest access Large gravel parking available for up to 6 cars with 2 spots in the carport area. Please do not park on the grass areas by driveway as that is our septic. Overflow on the road leading up to the mailbox can be utilized. Beds are made for your arrival along with starter items included (garbage bags, dishwasher tabs/soap, hand soap, paper towel and TP, shampoo/conditioner). Other things to note Linens, bath and beach towels included. All BEACH towels must be washed and dried before departure. Bath towels and bed linens are taken off site for full wash each turnover.
