In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace. Once a week, on Fridays, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
