Mountain retreat awaits! Welcome to a cozy, clean and updated condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay - WiFi, gym, spacious common area. It is centrally-located to everything Brian Head has to offer, including ski slopes in the winter, and natural attractions and national parks within 1-2 hr drive year-round! There is a laundry onsite, ski locker and the kitchen is stocked up with nearly everything you'd find in your own home. The space Guests have the entire condo to their enjoyment as well as the common areas like a workout room, meeting area, community kitchen (by request and with the approval of the management), parking garage, pool and hot tub. Guest access WINTER NOTICE: Utah law mandates that vehicles be equipped for winter driving conditions in areas with significant snowfall, such as Brian Head. This includes: Snow Tires: All vehicles must have snow tires with the appropriate tread depth and markings. Chains or 4-Wheel Drive: In addition to snow tires, vehicles must carry chains or be equipped with 4-wheel drive. These requirements are in place to ensure the safety of all residents and guests and to maintain accessibility for emergency vehicles during snowstorms. HAVE A SAFE TRIP TO BRIAN HEAD!
