This home features: - 2 Queen Tempurpedic Beds -2 Comfortable Futons -WFH Office Space -Convenient location; 15 min from DT Denver & 25 min from DT Boulder -Red Rocks, Golden & DIA all within 30 minutes -Fenced, Private Backyard -Patio with dining table & chairs -Contact-less check in with keypad -Fully stocked kitchen -Washer & Dryer in-unit -Bar cart w/ games The space 1200 sq ft space with large living room with pull out sofa, 2 bedrooms, an office with a pull out sofa, fully stocked kitchen and backyard/patio access! Guest access 2 cars can fit in front of the house on street parking. This is a residential neighborhood. We have a ring camera for the safety of our guests. There are many fast food chains within a 5 minute drive. Grocery store, King Soopers, is also 10 minutes away. To get to more trendy, established areas- head into Denver which is 15 minutes away or Boulder which is 25 minutes away. You can get to a front-range hike within 30 minutes. Hop on route 36 or Hwy 70 and be connected to all the major attractions Colorado has to offer. Train station to downtown Denver is 5 minutes away, uber/lyft are readily available. I have a very detailed guest book with hike, dining and activity recommendations for Denver, Boulder and mountain towns. Day trips to the mountains can easily be done, with expected travel times between 1-2 hours, per way. I live 5 minutes away and can be available if needed during your stay! Other things to note Cat friendly only; pet rent for longer stays is $35/month Smoking fee applies; guest will be charged $500 if they smoke inside the house.
