The utmost privacy where friends and family can let loose and have a good time with out having to worry about neighbors complaining yet still only 20-40 minutes from all of SD’s top attractions. Don’t miss out! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the 3 car attached garage. There is ample parking even without the garage. Guests can access all of the property's amenities such as the pool, fire pit, jacuzzi etc 24 hours per day. Other things to note -We normally provide only 1 roll of paper towels per visit -There are extra fees for pool/jacuzzi heating and if bringing pets -Our 3rd bathroom is a half bathroom with just sink and toilet -Pool heating brings the pool to approximately 82 degrees depending on time of day and jacuzzi to approximately 102 -pool inflatables and volleyball net are not a guaranteed amenity and are for staging purposes only -Service people are permitted to access the outside of the property and pool to perform their weekly maintenance duties. -Our 5th bedroom is a detached pool house -3 of our twin beds are "hotel style" rollaway beds and be placed anywhere in the house. Either in a common space or in most of the bedrooms.
