This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA. The space This is a one-bedroom, one full bathroom condo. This is a perfect place for skiing in the winter and enjoying everything in The Laurel Highlands during the summer; like whitewater rafting, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater & Kentuck Knob. The swimming pool is part of the home owner's association so it is shared with the other owners and their guests. Guest access Free parking is available. There is a free shuttle to all the resort facilities. The condo association grounds are walkable with very little traffic. There are hiking and biking trails throughout the grounds that lead to the slopes and other portions of Seven Springs resort. Other things to note This is a lower-level condo with a flight of stairs from the entrance to the living area. If you’re staying with us, please keep in mind that the internet service is a fairly basic package and the area is remote. Service may drop periodically throughout your stay.
