We are just 20 min from the world famous wine capital, Napa Valley, 30 min to Sacramento and 50 min to San Francisco. This place is truly a hidden gem that is in a safe cozy neighborhood, ideal for relaxation, nature getaway retreat and fun activities. The space This hidden gem is a single story house close to local wineries; beer spots; olive tasting; world famous Jelly Belly factory, Mankas Grill restaurant featuring Napa Chef; famous Caymous winery; Buzz coffee; Vacaville outlet malls; Six Flags and easy trips to Napa; SF and Sacramento! In safe cozy neighborhood! Guest access You have the entire place to yourself. Guests can enjoy the cozy living room with a glass of wine; watch a movie; play games or curl up on the couch with hot chocolate! They can enjoy beautifully manicured green lawn in the backyard with cafe string lights to build a festive ambiance! Other things to note Please no events or parties at the house. Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep it down while getting in and out the house and in the backyard. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we like to be respectful to our neighbors. The guests will have the entire space to themselves with private entry from the front door. The owners suite accesible by side entry is locked off and is for owners use only. The garage is also locked off and for owners use only. However the guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the garage. No Smoking inside or outside the house.
