You can also spend the evening exploring Downtown Austin which has wonderful restaurants and live music. All touchable surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected at the conclusion of every reservation. These areas include all door handles, light switches, faucet handles, remotes, and kitchen surfaces to name a few. This is an Airbnb cleaning compliant home. The comfortable couch converts in a queen size bed where the kids or the adults can fall asleep watching Sling TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and we also provide plastic bowls, plates and cups for the children to use. The bedroom offers a large queen size bed with a Chester drawer to place your clothing. The bathroom is equipped with as stand up shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee on our beautiful patio or just sit and watch the kids play on the playground. Guest access Guest have access to the entire living space. NO UNAUTHORIZED OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized overnight guest. Other things to note Currently our kitchen doesn't not have an oven so only stovetop cooking is available. There is no dishwasher so all dishes must be washed by hand.
