The woodsy lot is private yet convenient to local shopping and restaurants. 15 min to downtown Wilmington, 25 min to PHL airport, 30-40 min from Philadelphia. Perfect for families, friends or businesses travelers. The space On the front porch is a porch bed swing with pillows. This is a great place for morning coffee or to snuggle up with a book while getting fresh air. It’s large enough to cozy up with friends or family. Upon entering the house you’ll see the large, open kitchen and dining area. The large 8 foot island is the perfect gathering place while preparing meals together. The Kitchen Aid appliances include wall oven with microwave/convection combo, refrigerator, dishwasher and induction cooktop. There is a beautiful farmhouse style table in the dining room. The front living room has a large sectional with plenty of space for relaxing and watching TV. Beyond the kitchen you’ll find a second living room with a gas fireplace, couch, accent chairs and a rustic coffee table. This is the perfect place for conversation, games or puzzles! Our home has a first floor master with a king bed. There’s a beautiful dresser with mirror and a big, comfy chair in the corner. This is another quiet spot perfect for cozying up with a book. The first floor bathroom is a full bathroom with shower stall. Upstairs you’ll find the other 3 bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space! The teal bedroom has a custom loft bed with full mattress and a full bed on the other side of the room. Note that you’ll need to walk up a few steps to reach the elevated loft bed. The powder blue room also has a custom loft bed with a full bed on top and below. (Set up like a bunk bed). There is a few toys and an indoor swing for kids in this room. The lavender room has a queen bed. Upstairs also has a full bathroom with tub and new vanity. Out back you’ll find a patio with a small table and chairs. There’s a paved basketball court (not lined) with high and low baskets. There’s a small cedar playhouse sure to inspire the imagination! Other things to note Guests have access to entire house minus basement and garage.
