The space The Knotty But Nice Treehouse is part of the Brae Burn Community; it is perched with the pine trees and offers views of Lake Pinehurst and The No. 3 Course. Locals call these homes "treehouses" because of their intimate size and elevated design. Our treehouse has been remodeled as an 800 sqft open studio. It's been decorated with local elements and relaxing colors. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light during the day, and in the evening- curtains and soft lighting maximize the Treehouse's evening ambience. The treehouse can accommodate 1-4 guests comfortably. There is one king bed and the option of using a queen pull out sofa bed. There is seating for 4 in the kitchen and living room. Amenities are provided. Cleanliness, Comfort and Communication are my top priorities when you are my guest. Golf carts are street legal in the village and a fun way to experience Pinehurst like a local! Guest access Guests have access to everything within the rental. This includes the washer & dryer in the lower level. The lake is prohibited for use by guests, and is for viewing only. Other things to note There is an outdoor ring camera to monitor the safe entry of authorized guests into the unit. ** Motorcycles are prohibited. **No trailers are permitted to be parked.
