The Pool and spa area is completely redecorated with amazing night light LED theme to give you that perfect space and memories. This area is also screened so you get the privacy. Relax in style and enjoy your vacation in the high end furnished property that caters for everyone’s needs. Every room has unique theme, newly installed mattresses and plush linens, wall mounted smart TV’s, LED equipped ceiling fans and personal closet. The bathrooms have a 5-point cleaning after every guest check out. This is a new property and every amenity is new or redesigned from the builders. The theatre room is newly installed with top of the line sound system, 120” screen, 4K projector, relaxed recliners amazingly themed by our UK based designing team. There is an additional recess/entertainment area on the 2nd floor. This area has movie area, gaming area with Xbox and PS4, arcade and workspace for that quick computer work if required. We do not outsource cleaning and have a dedicated cleaning service. We understand your needs on a CLEAN and HYGENIC house. You receive fresh and clean towels and other supplies for your stay. About the resort When you arrive at Solara Resort and place your luggage in your new Home-Away-from-Home. Everything you need to unwind, enjoy, and have a good time can be found right at the resort. This is a gated community and has 24X7 security on premise. You will need to register yourself and obtain a vehicle pass for your stay at the community. The charges are included in your stay and does not require any extra payment!!! Clubhouse Amenities The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse is the best in-club in the Orlando area and features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. No matter your level of surfing experience, a team of experts is on site to help you enjoy the waves to the fullest with day and week passes available as well as hour long private sessions for Groups of up to 8. Perhaps you’ll love your vacation rental so much you’ll come back again and again. **Please note. 1. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $100 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. 2. Pool Heat is $ 30 per day with 3 minimum days required. It takes a day to heat the pool, especially during winter months. So, if you prefer to have the pool heated and be ready for your arrival, it needs to be ordered from a day in advance. Pool filters and accessories are expensive, so we request guests to take care while using pool. Unclean usage or damages will be reported and claimed via Airbnb. Guest access Guests will have complete access to lounge, cafe and other privileges' that come at no extra cost. Parking for 2 cars at the property, plus additional parking spaces just a minute walk away!! Other things to note Pool heat is $35 per day with minimum 3 days per stay.
