The dining area offers seating for up to six guests, while the spacious living room features large, comfortable seating, a pullout sofa sleeper, and a flat-screen TV with premium cable, Roku, and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The master bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes two twin-size beds. The guest bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside of the rental at all, on the balcony or in the pool area. Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for early arrivals and/or late check outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
