Camelot Valley is a landing pad to explore Sunny Sequim and Olympic National Park! This attached dwelling unit is family friendly and offers a kitchen with a dishwasher, range, refrigerator, small stackable washer/dryer & outdoor sauna! This cozy space is located on 5 acres down a gravel private road complete with some adorable farm animals . With its own private outside entrance; this 800 square foot guest suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, wi-fi and a living/kitchen space! The space This guest suite is located in a Convenient location in rural Sequim- 55 minute drive from this unit to Hurricane Ridge at Olympic National Park or Lake Crescent and 40 minutes to Salt Creek Beach. Dungeness Spit Beach is only ten minutes down the road! BEDROOM A family of up to 6 can sleep here with two bedrooms in this property. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a mattress pad heater. It also has USB charging ports, reading lamps, a dresser, and a small closet. Bedroom 2 can sleep (up to) four kids or a few adults willing to be cozy!! This bedroom contains: *A set of bunk beds- a full size mattress on bottom and twin on top. * There is also a twin pullout trundle bed that is stored under the bunk bed and can be easily pulled out/put back. *small dresser and closet space *both bedrooms come with sound machines, cell phone USB charging station (bring your cords!) and blackout curtains. LIVING SPACE Our kitchen is fully equipped to make meals on your trip. * full knife set * small crockpot and rice cooker *Pots/pans/ utensils/half sized cookie sheets, etc * Blender and two slice toaster * Plastic dish ware & bibs for kids High chair available upon request. * Need some caffeine to get through your vacation day? We have a drip coffee maker, French press, tea kettle, coffee bean grinder and electric milk frother and complimentary sugar/non perishable creamer so you can make yourself the perfect cup of Joe. We provide decaf coffee and regular coffee beans for you to grind We are proud to offer green options: reusable napkins, recycle bins and a compost bin for our guests who wish to "BE GREEN" while on vacation. After a busy day of exploring the Olympic Peninsula, use the 43 inch smart TV with Disney+ and Netflix streaming provided (other streaming service available- just bring your own log in). The TV comes with HDMI cable to connect your own devices if desired. While our WiFi is fairly solid (11mbps) - it is not high speed. We are out in the country so having multiple people trying to zoom at the same time will not work well. We also have a stocked shelf with activities for your kids- decks of cards, blocks, books and a few other toys to keep them occupied while you relax. *If traveling with little ones let us know if you need a high chair, pack n play or bed rail left in the unit for your use. OUTSIDE: As you drive down the gravel, private road, you will be transported to the beauty of rural Sequim. You will see a few small ponds, a herd of cows and peekaboo views of the Olympic Mountains in the background. You'll cross the small creek via a concrete bridge (it is a little bumpy!) and be transported to all the privacy Camelot Valley getaway can provide for you and your family. Once settled into your unit, you will be surrounded by trees, a small seasonal pond where ducks love to land(all viewable from your windows), gardens and even some adorable miniature Nigerian goats who love to say hello. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor barrel cedar sauna- private and for your use only. Robes are provided for your convenience. Feel free to say hi to the flock of hens and throw them some fruit or veggie scraps! In the summer, you're welcome to stroll through the gardens and enjoy all the beauty that the flowers provide. There's plenty of close parking for your vehicle and room to bring your boat or trailer (under 25 feet, 6,000 lbs)- advanced notice required. Bring your electric car and your charger and use our 50amp outlet to charge up at night before heading out. This one story space is completely private with separate entrances, however, it is attached to the main house via one wall so you may occasionally have your silence disturbed. Since it is located rurally, occasionally guests may see wildlife such as bunnies, birds, deer or insects. Regular pest control by a local company is performed on the property but occasionally insects may find their way in- especially if doors or windows are left open. Refunds are not given for sightings of wildlife. The property is on a quiet, dead-end road in the country but we do share acreage with neighboring farms. You may hear (or see ) ducks, cows from the neighboring farms, children playing outside or goats being fed. Consider this charming property a little taste of the beauty of rural Sequim and all the quaintness of mini-farm life. We provide electric heaters in bedrooms in addition to a ductless split unit heating and AC system which will keep you comfortable year round! We can’t wait to host you! Guest access Olympic Discovery Trail is close by and is a great place to walk/ride bikes. Otherwise, a car is useful and parking is plentiful at our property. The neighborhood surrounding the unit is rural- there are small farms with acreage/ponds/farm animals. Our property is at the end of a privately owned, dead-end gravel road so there will not be traffic visible although some guests can hear the faint hum of Highway from a distance. Other things to note While we are conveniently located close to 101 for all your adventure destinations; some guests may be able to hear traffic noise during peak travel periods outside the unit You might see /hear us taking care of animals or gardens during the day periodically but we will respect your privacy. No smoking, animals, or shoes in the house please. We strive to provide an excellent, clean environment for all guests.
